Michael Munz
“Technology. Education. Impact. Effective innovation begins where technology meets education and corporate responsibility.”
As co-founder of ISTE Group GmbH, I pursue a clear vision: we bring technology and education together to drive sustainable transformation in business and society. For me, sustainability is no longer an option – it is a prerequisite for competitiveness, future viability and social responsibility.
ISTE is not just a think tank, but an active implementation partner for companies that not only want to understand the challenges of digitalisation, climate change and regulatory pressure, but also turn them into business opportunities. We connect experts, provide training, develop platforms, curate knowledge and create spaces for real innovation – focussing on impact rather than buzzwords.

For me, sustainability means using technology intelligently, radically opening up education and designing systems in such a way that they make sense both economically and ecologically. Whether it’s circular readiness, AI expertise or a sustainable sales strategy – we help companies not just to write reports, but to initiate real change.
It’s not about perfection, but about feasibility and motivation. And that is precisely why I am convinced that if we at ISTE ask the right questions together with companies and institutions and take practical action, sustainable progress will be achieved – not in theory, but in everyday life.
